Job Description:

The Junior Executive – HR & Payroll at DEKKO Legacy Group supports the Human Resources department in managing employee records, payroll processing, and day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting in salary preparation, attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursement in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Must have Excel advance knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
  2. Have to able to prepare and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  3. Maintaining payroll operations, compensation payment and disciplinary action procedure by following BLL, company policies and procedures.
  4. To check daily attendance and maintain absenteeism record.
  5. Prepare daily late attendance list and send mail to respective department head to collect approval.
  6. Updating employee basic personal information into payroll and upgrade time to time (including Promotion, Increment, Transfer etc).
  7. Preparing monthly wages/salary sheet with comparing related records & documents Preparing monthly joining & resign status.
  8. Maintaining leave records with hard copy of leave form. Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
  9. Prepare the final settlement of resigned employees.
  10. Handling workers' Database (Personal File Management), Leaves (including compensatory leave) and Attendance Management.
  11. Any other tasks given by HRD & Management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 22 - 35 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR team leadership, Knowledge of HR compliance
  5. Additional Requirements: Good at Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience and Skills:
  1. 1 - 2 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)

  3. Area of Business: Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
