Team Group is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Jr. Executive – IT (Network) to support day-to-day IT and network operations. The role will be responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure, supporting users, and ensuring smooth and secure IT services across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure secured and smooth Network communication throughout the entire organization.
2. Partner communication for network service provider, SLA & OLA
3. Configure firewalls and ensure security of the network.
4. Update and patch management, device hardening
5. Incident & change report
6. Asset Management of all network hardware, license etc.
7. Ensure backup & restoration of distribution & VPN devices
8. Troubleshoot and L/2 support end user network related issues
9. Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment.
10. SOP, build documents, project doc, issue register, risk register etc.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
