The Jr. Executive – HR supports the Human Resources department in executing core HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The role assists in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Additionally, the position helps coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Publish job ads and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews with line managers and maintain interview schedules and feedback records. -
- Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, etc.).
- Ensure proper record-keeping, confidentiality, and HR compliance support.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
