Safe Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the role of Jr. Executive/Executive – Accounts & Admin. The position involves providing support in day-to-day accounting functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of financial procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage administrative duties in a dynamic work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and vouchers accurately and on time.
• Create Daily Sales, Purchase & Expense Report.
• To ensure day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor collections and reconcile store inventory with accounts.
• Coordinate with different departments and the head office to ensure alignment with the company's Goals.
• Verify Goods Received Notes (GRNs), prepare material issue slips, and maintain proper store documentation.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• CA CC will get preference.
