Deshbandhu Group is seeking an International Marketing Manager to develop and execute global marketing strategies, manage overseas clients and distributors, explore new export markets, and drive international sales growth while ensuring brand positioning and compliance with trade regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand international business opportunities by identifying new markets, sourcing foreign buyers, and implementing strategic sales and market development initiatives to drive export growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with foreign buyers, logistics partners, customs authorities, brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth export operations and long-term business continuity.
- Oversee export compliance, documentation, banking formalities, letters of credit, shipping schedules, and regulatory requirements to ensure timely and legally compliant international trade operations.
- Identify and evaluate distribution channels and strategic partners in international markets.
- Develop and execute international branding and digital marketing strategies, including social media and online campaigns, in coordination with sales and regional teams to enhance brand visibility and market engagement.
- Maintain close liaison with relevant Government offices and regulatory agencies regarding export-related matters.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely shipment planning by optimizing logistics routes and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business expansion and product positioning.
Academic Qualifications:
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Concentration/Major: Masters in any discipline

- Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in exporting Food & Beverage products with annual export volume exceeding USD 3 million.
- The incumbent must have working experience in renowned Food & Beverage, Rice, Sugar, Oil, Consumer Goods or related industries.
- Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Chinese and Arabic languages.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to manage international buyers and undertake frequent overseas business travel.
