Job Description:

The HR Junior Executive will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, HR reporting, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
  2. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
  3. Maintain recruitment databases.
  4. Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  5. Handle exit procedures and maintain exit interview records.
  6. Maintain employee personal files and HR documents.
  7. Support payroll by collecting attendance and leave data.
  8. Monitor daily attendance.
  9. Maintain leave records and ensure proper documentation.
  10. Ensure HR practices follow company policies and labor laws.
  11. Assist with audits and compliance documentation.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 22 - 35 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR and Admin
Experience and Skills:
  1. 0 - 2 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
