The HR Junior Executive will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, HR reporting, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Handle exit procedures and maintain exit interview records.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documents.
- Support payroll by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Maintain leave records and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure HR practices follow company policies and labor laws.
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
