We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join Apex Holdings Limited. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and performance management to support our diverse business units and foster a positive, productive workplace.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a structured and seamless onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
- Coordinate the Annual Performance Appraisal (APA) process in collaboration with department heads.
- Organize Quarterly Review Meetings and Mid-Year Performance Evaluations.
- Upload performance data into HR systems and support feedback dissemination.
- Maintain and regularly update the Organizational Structure to reflect operational changes.
- Handle employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Conduct and analyze employee engagement and feedback surveys to support culture-building initiatives.
- Provide active support in HR projects including process improvements and policy updates.
- Assist in designing succession planning frameworks for key positions.
- Analyze data related to absenteeism and employee migration/turnover to identify trends.
- Support the manpower optimization and manpower budgeting process through data preparation and analysis.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
