Job Description:

A reputed multinational buying office is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR & Admin to lead all HR functions, drive organizational development, and oversee administrative operations in alignment with global standards and local compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages engagement and productivity.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards systems to attract and retain talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR matters.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 35 - 50 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office, PGD in HRM
  4. Area of Expertise: HR team leadership
Experience and Skills:
  1. 10 - 15 years

Salary/Compensation: ৳120,000 - ৳150,000
