A reputed multinational buying office is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR & Admin to lead all HR functions, drive organizational development, and oversee administrative operations in alignment with global standards and local compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages engagement and productivity.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and succession planning.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards systems to attract and retain talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR matters.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
