We are looking for a Head of Finance, Labaid Group at Labaid Group to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives in a fast-growing healthcare and business environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the Group.
2. Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely financial reporting.
3. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the Group’s growth and sustainability.
4. Oversee treasury, tax planning, investment analysis, and risk management functions.
5. Collaborate with the Board in strategic decision making and to align financial goals with business objectives.
6. Manage relationships with banks & non-banking financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies to optimize operations.
7. Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team to build a high-performance culture.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration

Professional Certifications:

• FCA, FCMA, FCCA

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Only Fellow Chartered Accountants (FCA)/Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA)/Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA) are eligible to apply.
   • 15 years of progressively responsible experience, of which minimum 05 years in top-level leadership position, with reputed organizations.
   • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
   • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
   • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
   • Experience in working with large, diversified business groups is preferred.
