The Finishing In-Charge at Urmi Group is responsible for overseeing all finishing and packing operations to ensure quality standards, shipment deadlines, and buyer requirements are met. The role requires strong knowledge of finishing processes, garment inspection, measurement verification, packing procedures, and final audit compliance. The position involves coordinating with production, quality, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth workflow, minimizing defects, and maintaining efficient packing operations according to company and buyer guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Set daily packing targets, perform quick line balancing, and follow up on hourly production targets.
2. Ensure on-time shipment by achieving daily production forecasts.
3. Ensure proper reconciliation before offering goods for inspection.
4. Work continuously to minimize rework and improve right-first-time quality.
5. Monitor and improve productivity, discipline, and quality across all finishing activities.
6. Maintain strong communication and coordination with Merchandising, Commercial, Store, and all production-related departments for shipment activities.
7. Handle and support final inspections with buyers or third-party inspectors.
8. Implement and maintain 5S methodology, proper inventory control, and organized warehouse management.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC
• Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduation in any Subject
