We are looking for an experienced and qualified Manager - Finance & Accounts for a reputed accessories manufacturing company (RMG/Textile Accessories Industry).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall finance and accounts operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure proper VAT, TAX, AIT, and audit compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and cost control.
- Supervise costing and pricing for accessories and production items.
- Implement and maintain strong internal control systems.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Guide and develop the accounts team for improved performance.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
Professional Certifications:
- CA(CC), CACC, or similar professional qualification preferred
