MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. Currently we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – VAT & Tax to support day-to-day VAT compliance, sales documentation, and ERP-related activities. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates at the early stage of their careers who are interested in developing expertise in VAT, Tax, and Accounts functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain sales invoice in the Tally/ERP system.
2. Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Record production entries in the Tally/ERP system.
4. Record collection and receipt entries.
5. Process and manage commission-related adjustments and entries.
6. Maintain VAT related records, registers, and supporting documents in compliance with regulations.
7. Assist in VAT and Tax return preparation and ensure timely compliance.
8. Support VAT and Tax audits, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
9. Prepare periodic financial and operational reports, including reconciliations as assigned.
10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters / BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.

   • Proficiency in computer data entry and general office applications.
   • Basic understanding of VAT and Tax regulations in Bangladesh.
   • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications.
   • Ability to work accurately, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
   • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
