Newrgy Apparel Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive - IE to optimize production efficiency and workflow in our knitwear and lingerie manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to line balancing, SMV analysis, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and implement efficient line layouts for new and existing styles.
2. Balance manpower and operations to maximize output and efficiency.
3. Analyze garments to determine Standard Minute Value (SMV) using GSD or other IE methods.
4. Ensure accurate costing and capacity planning based on SMV.
5. Calculate machine and manpower requirements for styles/orders.
6. Plan production capacity to meet shipment schedules.
7. Conduct time studies to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations.
8. Implement improvements to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
9. Monitor daily line performance and suggest process improvements.
10. Develop and implement better methods for operations to increase efficiency and ensure quality.
11. Guide line operators and supervisors on new styles and production techniques.
12. Support the sewing team during style changeovers for smooth transitions.
13. Maintain IE-related data and generate regular reports on line performance, target vs. actual output, and efficiency.
14. Work closely with production, planning, quality, and merchandising teams to align production goals.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
