UTAH Fashions Ltd, a concern of UTAH Group, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Executive/ Sr. Executive – HR to support overall human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, and HR administration in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective HR practices and a positive workplace culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
- Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower records
- Support payroll coordination and HR administrative activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate training, orientation, and employee engagement programs
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files and databases
- Support factory compliance audits and internal HR operations
- Communicate with different departments to ensure smooth HR functions
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational policies
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: MBA/BBA in HRM under reputed University Or Related Field.
