This role focuses on supporting cattle farmers and dealers by providing customer service and technical guidance related to cattle feed and farm management. The employee works closely with the sales team, visits farms, solves customer issues, maintains relationships, and helps improve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, initiate, and execute post-sales technical services for cattle farmers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Provide technical support on cattle health management, disease prevention, vaccination programs, biosecurity, and herd management practices.
3. Conduct regular farm visits to monitor herd health, performance, and farmer compliance with recommended management practices.
4. Identify training needs of farmers and organize technical training, awareness programs, and field demonstrations to improve productivity and industry knowledge.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key farmers, dairy/beef farm owners, and stakeholders.
6. Collect, compile, and analyze market intelligence on competitors products and field performance for reporting to management.
7. Provide technical input for product development, field feedback, and new solution implementation in cattle segment.
8. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities, customer feedback, and service outcomes.
9. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to improve customer experience.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / B.Sc. in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (AH)
