Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. MGI is currently searching some active & energetic professionals for its IT department, Fresh Super Mart. This role involves providing day-to-day technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and IT networking. The incumbent will report to Department Head.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT support to end users for their desktop, laptop, network connection, printer & other IT assets as per company IT policy.
2. Configure and Manage Windows and Linux operating systems for AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP and FTP etc.
3. Analyze and design for scalability, high performance for factory and office network.
4. Deploy UTP and fiber cable connectivity for IT support.
5. Monitor data center and network operation center (NOC), reporting & proper documentation to take immediate action.
6. Manage asset and infrastructure change management processes within the NOC/data center.
7. Maintain liaison with external service providers and vendors on major system problems.
8. Manage and troubleshooting for IP surveillance.
9. Manage helpdesk IT team properly for smooth IT support.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering or Related Field

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, IT security, and L1 and L2 user support.
   • Good knowledge of enterprise computing environments and distributed applications for TCP/ IP networks.
   • Administrate Windows server applications AD, DC, DNS , DHCP.
   • Able to successfully manage good relations with users and other stakeholders.
   • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
   • Microsoft and ITIL4 Certified candidates will get preference.
