The Executive (R&D) will be responsible for research and product development activities in a fast-paced, export-oriented knit manufacturing environment. The role involves developing new knitwear styles, fabrics, and washes based on buyer requirements and global fashion trends. The position requires close coordination with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure innovative, cost-effective, and commercially viable product development that meets international standards and client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create knitting graphs and looping designs.
2. Develop innovative, self-created knitting graph designs.
3. Conduct market research on fabric designs and emerging trends.
4. Oversee the complete self-development process from yarn sourcing to final garment production.
5. Identify fabric limitations or production challenges and implement corrective measures.
6. Ensure cost-effective product development aligned with market demand.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or graduation in a relevant field.
