Renaissance Group. is looking for an experienced Executive, Merchandising. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge and communication skills to coordinate samples, approvals, order details, T&A, and production follow-up, ensuring orders are executed within the agreed timeline, quality standards, and buyer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate sample development and submission as per buyer requirements and company procedures, ensuring timely buyer comments and approvals.
2. Follow up with customers and factories on sample requirements, fabric, trims, and other development needs.
3. Maintain accurate records of orders, approvals, references, and related documents.
4. Update order recap and monitor T&A plans to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
5. Review PO and order details with customers and factories, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
6. Monitor order progress, lead time, and quality requirements, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Textile Engineering/ Related Field

Others Requirements:

1. Age: 25 - 37 years

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Relevant experience in Garments Merchandising, preferably in Knit/Woven.
   • Good command of English communication and business correspondence.
   • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/MIS systems.
   • Strong analytical, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
   • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
   • Willingness to travel to factories/suppliers when required.
