Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations. Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
2. Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.
3. Monthly scheduled showroom audit.
4. Monthly scheduled store audit (Raw materials & Finished goods).
5. Bank reconciliation.
6. All type of bill audit.
7. Prepare reports of audit findings and make recommendations to the business.
8. To perform any task assigned by management.
9. Must be working experienced with Tally & ERP Software, Excel, Typing skills in English & Bengali Knowledge required.
10. A fair knowledge about the Accounts, Finance, Audit, VAT & Tax, Inventory, Cash Management, Tally software & any ERP.
11. Having ability to Observation, Critical thinking, Analytical, Strong interpersonal and Communication skill is must & Work under pressure.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor/Master's in Accounting/Finance.

Experience and Skills:

1. 1 - 3 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
