Pioneer Denim Limited, a proud concern of Pioneer Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Internal Audit to join its Internal Audit team. The position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with internal controls, identifying process improvements, and supporting risk management efforts across operational and financial activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the integrity and efficiency of a leading denim manufacturing organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
2. Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
3. Identify audit findings, prepare reports, and suggest practical recommendations.
4. Assist in developing audit plans and executing audit programs as per schedule.
5. Verify the accuracy of financial records, inventory, and production data.
6. Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Support external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management from a reputed university

Professional Certifications:

• CACC
