Debonair Group is looking for a proactive and analytical Executive – IE (Industrial Engineering) to support production efficiency, capacity planning, line balancing, and process improvement activities within the garment manufacturing operation. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and coordination skills to ensure optimum productivity and cost-effective production performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency.
• Prepare operation breakdown, SMV, and production capacity analysis.
• Monitor line balancing and workflow optimization.
• Analyze production data and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to achieve targets.
• Support cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports.
• Monitor machine utilization and manpower efficiency.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and industrial engineering tools.
• Ensure smooth production flow and operational efficiency in the factory floor.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
