Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in daily washing production activities.
2. Monitor Wet processes such as Desizing, Enzyme Wash, Stone Wash, Bleach Wash, Tinting, Ozone, Acid Wash and Softener applications.
3. Monitor Dry processes such as Whisker, Brushing, Laser, Spray, Grinding, Tagging and special Process.
4. Ensure washing recipes and process parameters are followed correctly.
5. Support cost-saving initiatives related to chemicals, water, steam, and electricity.
6. Collect production data and prepare reports.
7. Conduct capacity study, time studies, Production Study and analyze process bottlenecks.
8. Support productivity improvement and capacity enhancement projects.
9. Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities.
10. Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/Oracle systems.
11. Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, & Planning.
12. Communicate production status and issues to supervisors.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: B.Sc. in IPE / Textile Engineering from any reputed University.

   • Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
