Edison Real Estate Limited is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and target-oriented Electrical Engineer to oversee and support electrical construction operations across ongoing real estate projects. The role involves supervising electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, coordinating with project teams and contractors, maintaining quality and safety, and delivering projects on schedule while meeting organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare electrical and EME budgets for projects including internal electrification, communication systems, substation, generator, lift, CCTV, PABX, solar, LPS, PA system, and lighting works.
2. Prepare budgets for mechanical systems such as fire protection, fire detection, ventilation, and pressurization systems.
3. Analyze BOQ, site quantity consumption, and project cost.
4. Coordinate with vendors and SCM for updated material rates.
5. Maintain project costing documents, reports, and records.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Or Related
