The Education Development & Monitoring Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of education programs. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring academic strategies across JAAGO schools and partner institutions. The coordinator works closely with teachers, program teams, and management to track student performance, enhance curriculum delivery, and maintain high educational standards. Additionally, the role involves data-driven decision-making, regular field visits, reporting, and supporting teacher training initiatives to ensure impactful and sustainable learning outcomes for underprivileged children.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the central monitoring and evaluation of student learning outcomes across all schools, ensuring regular assessment of academic progress.
2. Analyse student performance data and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement across all subject areas.
3. Work closely with Education Coordinators and Teachers to design and implement action plans that address learning gaps.
4. Collaborate with the Education Supervisor and other stakeholders to develop and revise curriculum materials to meet the evolving needs of students.
5. Develop need-based teaching resources, including lesson plans, instructional tools, and assessment materials, ensuring alignment with the NCTB curriculum.
6. Ensure the curriculum is inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive.
7. Provide ongoing training and capacity-building for Education Coordinators and Teachers, focusing on improving instructional practices, classroom management, and assessment strategies.

Additional Instructions:

1. At least 5 years of experience in a teaching, content/training development, or educational support role (Secondary Level).
