DEKKO Legacy Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of DGM – HR, Admin & Compliance. The role is responsible for leading and managing overall HR, administration, and compliance functions to ensure efficient factory operations and compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, and organizational policies. The candidate will work closely with top management to strengthen employee relations, workplace compliance, administrative control, and organizational development initiatives across the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of qualified talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures and employee perks.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Manage payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Ensure workplace safety and security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with senior management on HR strategies and initiatives.
- Handle compliance-related issues, including audits and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR metrics and organizational performance.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: BBA/ MBA/ LLB/ LLM/ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
