GSL Export Limited is looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure the company complies with labor laws, buyer requirements, and factory standards. The role involves monitoring compliance, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and supporting ethical workplace practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Experience in managing compliance audit
2. BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, C-TPAT, NIrapon Etc
3. Factory social compliance, Fire safety, Electrical and chemical
4. Factory license update and maintaining
5. Labor office, Industrial department, BGMEA and other local government office issues dealing
6. Factory internal compliance management
7. Any other task given by management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Others Requirements:

1. Age: 25 - 35 years

4. Area of Expertise: HR Compliance

Experience and Skills:

1. 2 - 4 years
