Asrotex Group, is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to local labor laws, buyer compliance requirements, and international audit standards. The role demands proactive leadership in maintaining a safe, ethical, and audit-ready workplace environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international standards, and buyer codes of conduct
• Prepare and manage social, technical, and environmental audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord/Alliance)
• Develop, implement, and monitor company compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular internal audits and factory inspections to identify and resolve non-compliance issues
• Liaise with buyers, auditors, and certification bodies during audits and follow-ups
• Train and raise awareness among employees on compliance, health & safety, and labor rights
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to compliance and certifications
• Investigate and report any violations of compliance or ethical standards
• Coordinate with HR and production teams to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Arts (MA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
