Meghna Executive Holdings, a sister concern of Meghna Group of Industries, is seeking an experienced Commercial & Supply Chain Manager to oversee commercial operations and manage end-to-end supply chain activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, cost optimization, and compliance to support smooth business operations and organizational growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Source and evaluate suppliers of Three-wheeler auto parts in China.
2. Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and MOQ with suppliers.
3. Maintain commercial relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure reliability and competitiveness.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demand.
5. Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals for clients.
6. Manage import operations including shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
7. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of bearings, gears, clutches, and other 3-wheeler spare parts.
8. Oversee inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution to meet customer demand.
9. Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and lead times.
10. Optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency and reliability.
11. Coordinate with finance for budgeting, cost control, and payment management.
12. Work with sales and operations teams to align supply with market demand.
13. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor/Master’s in Commerce Or Equivalent
