Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the financial strategy of CDBL in alignment with the company's overall objectives and long-term vision.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk management.
4. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management, Board of Directors, and regulatory authorities.
5. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and banking relationships.
7. Collaborate with other functional leaders to evaluate business opportunities, assess investment proposals, and support decision-making.
8. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in finance and accounting operations.
9. Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
10. Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial matters, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional Certifications:

• CFA/CPA/CIMA/CA/CMA or professional degree in related fields will be preferred.

   • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. 
   • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. 
   • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
   • Experience in working with regulatory authorities and external auditors. 
   • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office applications. 
   • Ethical conduct and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and transparency.
