Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly, seasonally, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned.
2. Ensure continuous sales growth through effective planning and execution.
3. Monitor daily sales performance, analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance and take corrective actions.
4. Implement promotional activities and in-store sales strategies.
5. Ensure high standards of customer service to maximize conversion and repeat business.
6. Ensure proper inventory without shortage and Operate inventory scanning systems efficiently.
7. Conduct headcount and category-wise inventory and Ensure label-wise and item-wise stock accuracy.
8. Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
9. Prepare goods requisition based on demand, Identify and report damaged items.
10. Conduct stock analysis for effective display.
11. Maintain mannequin and display standards, Ensure eye-level product placement.
12. Highlight high-value and priority products and adjust lighting and focal points to enhance product visibility.
13. Supervise and guide team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
14. Provide on-the-job training, continuous skill development and Motivate team members to improve productivity and service quality.
15. Handle team conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
16. Maintain petty cash documentation, monthly submission and Perform cash card reconciliation and manage change money.
17. Monitor business-related transactions and gift voucher handling.
18. Operate billing/POS software efficiently and Manage inventory counting and stock tracking systems.
19. Recommend timely re-orders to avoid stock-outs.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
