Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Handle performance management, training, and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and related regulations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
