Pioneer Denim Limited, a leading name in the textile and denim industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Compliance to ensure adherence to all labor laws, buyer compliance standards, and internal HR policies. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace by supporting audits, managing documentation, and coordinating with relevant departments. This position requires strong knowledge of local labor regulations, compliance frameworks, and best HR practices within the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer standards, and factory regulations.
2. Assist in internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
3. Implement and monitor HR policies and compliance procedures.
4. Conduct training on compliance, workplace ethics, and labor rights.
5. Coordinate with departments to address compliance issues and corrective actions.
6. Maintain employee records and prepare compliance reports.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
