Job Description:

Mosharaf Apparels Studio Ltd., a concern of Mosharaf Group, is seeking an Asst. Manager–HR & Compliance to support HR functions and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, audits, and workplace policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain compliance with labor laws, BLA 2006, and buyer COC.
  3. Prepare for and support internal and external compliance audits.
  4. Monitor factory working conditions, safety, and welfare practices.
  5. Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
  6. Organize and conduct training on compliance, safety, and workplace behavior.
  7. Liaise with government bodies and buyers on compliance issues.
  8. Maintain updated documentation related to HR, compliance, and social audits.
  9. Investigate and report on any grievance, disciplinary, or non-compliance issues.
  10. Support continuous improvement in social compliance and HR best practices.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Master’s/ Graduation in any discipline
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 30 - 40 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR team leadership
Experience and Skills:
  1. 3 - 5 years

  3. Area of Business: Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
