Mosharaf Apparels Studio Ltd., a concern of Mosharaf Group, is seeking an Asst. Manager–HR & Compliance to support HR functions and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, audits, and workplace policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, BLA 2006, and buyer COC.
- Prepare for and support internal and external compliance audits.
- Monitor factory working conditions, safety, and welfare practices.
- Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
- Organize and conduct training on compliance, safety, and workplace behavior.
- Liaise with government bodies and buyers on compliance issues.
- Maintain updated documentation related to HR, compliance, and social audits.
- Investigate and report on any grievance, disciplinary, or non-compliance issues.
- Support continuous improvement in social compliance and HR best practices.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Master’s/ Graduation in any discipline
