We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager – Marketing & Merchandising to lead the marketing and merchandising functions at Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited. The role involves driving business growth through effective buyer management, product development, sourcing, and market expansion. The candidate will oversee end-to-end merchandising operations, ensure timely execution of orders, and build strong relationships with international clients while aligning business strategies with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
2. Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
3. Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
4. Skills in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge. Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
5. Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyers.
6. Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
7. Team Player.
8. The candidate has to be comfortable with ERP and planning tools

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
