Montrims Limited, a leading trims and packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Heat Print. The ideal candidate will lead heat transfer printing operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support continuous process improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily heat print production operations and ensure on-time delivery.
2. Manage heat transfer printing machines and ensure optimal utilization.
3. Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and technical specifications.
4. Monitor production planning, manpower allocation, and shift management.
5. Maintain printing parameters (temperature, pressure, dwell time) for consistent output.
6. Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Merchandising teams.
7. Reduce wastage and improve productivity through lean manufacturing practices.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.
9. Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues.
10. Prepare production reports and KPI analysis for management review.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (preferred).
