Capitec Asset Management Limited (CAM), a reputed BSEC-licensed asset management company based in Dhaka, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager - Portfolio Management Department to join its finance team. The position involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in fund accounting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies to support smooth financial operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and evaluating short/medium/long term investments opportunities in equities and fixed income instruments.
2. Providing market insights on equities and to produce market analysis and reports periodically.
3. Conduct sector/ industry and macro-economic analysis.
4. Execution of trade (buy & sell) in secondary market and taking initiative to participate in IPO.
5. Prepare and maintain database.
6. Provide investment recommendation to the management for the funds.
7. Coordinate with supervisor regarding all research issues.
8. Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Professional Certifications:

• CFA program or passed CFA Level 01 or 2 will get preference.
