Remark HB Limited is a leading name in the cosmetic and personal care industry in Bangladesh, known for innovation, quality, and trust. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Manager to lead an SBU finance team and support our continued growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
2. Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, AIT, Customs, etc.)
3. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
4. Manage cost control and profitability analysis
5. Lead cash flow and treasury operations
6. Coordinate internal and external audits
7. Supervise and mentor finance team members
8. Work closely with procurement, marketing, and operations.
9. Strong knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.)
10. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
11. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• CA/ACCA/CMA (1000 marks completed is preferable)
