The Assistant Manager–Production will support and oversee day-to-day production operations in the knit garment's unit of Urmi Group. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production flow, meeting delivery targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating closely with planning, quality, and technical teams to achieve optimal output.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure target achievement.
• Monitor line performance and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with planning, quality, and technical teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain production reports and analyze output for continuous improvement.
• Support workers and line supervisors to resolve operational issues.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
