Renesis Health Care (Unani), a leading organization in the field of traditional and alternative medicine, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing the financial health of the organization within the context of the Unani healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
4. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
5. Ensure timely filing of VAT, TDS, and income tax returns.
6. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
7. Monitor cost-related activities, especially related to production and inventory in the Unani medicine sector.
8. Implement and maintain inventory valuation and cost control mechanisms.
9. Manage and maintain accounting software or ERP systems used for financial reporting and inventory control.
10. Implement strong internal control systems to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
11. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
12. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
13. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team compliance with deadlines and financial protocols.
14. Monitor daily cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
15. Ensure timely payments and collections to maintain liquidity.
16. Coordinate with other departments including Sales, Procurement, and Production for financial inputs and reporting.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management
