Job Description:

As Assistant Manager – HR & Admin at Kalyar Replica Ltd., you will support the HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth workforce management and efficient office operations. You will assist in recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and policy implementation while aligning HR practices with ACME Group’s standards and the company’s growth objectives in the packaging industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective recruitment and selection process aligned with organizational needs.
  2. Develop and maintain payroll system and leave management processes.
  3. Manage employee confirmation process within the given timeline.
  4. Oversee proper onboarding process including orientation, ID cards, and necessary accessories for new joiners.
  5. Prepare and circulate yearly training calendar and ensure timely execution of trainings.
  6. Develop and enhance employee engagement programs.
  7. Provide administrative support for smooth plant operations, including requisitions, fund approvals, and documentation.
  8. Maintain proper personal file management as per company guidelines.
  9. Handle foreign employee documents, process visas, and liaise with BIDA for work permits.
  10. Manage performance appraisal system as per management requirements.
  11. Keep accurate records and process Provident Fund (PF).
  12. Prepare all final settlement bills of outgoing employees.
  13. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Others Requirements:
