We are posting this circular on behalf of a reputed washing factory seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager – HR. The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in core HR functions and the ability to work independently. Candidates with previous experience in washing factories will receive special priority.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll processing, leave management, and all HR documentation.
- Lead and support performance management and manpower planning activities.
- Prepare HR analytical reports for management decision-making.
- Work independently; an HR team will be provided in the next operational phase.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM/Management or related field.
