The Assistant Manager, Finance at Remark HB Limited is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations by ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing taxation and VAT matters, coordinating audits, analyzing financial data for management decisions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position also requires collaboration with different departments to improve financial efficiency and support strategic business objectives. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, and sound knowledge of financial regulations are essential for success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Loan disbursement Posting, Loan Payment Posting, Loan Interest Charge.
- LC Opening Charge by Booking Cost, LC Payment by Booking Cost.
- OBU Creation Posting, OBU interest and foreign exchange gain/loss provision, OBU Interest on Foreign exchange Gain/Loss Adjustment, OBU Margin,OBU Settlement.
- Communicate with Bank correspondence for Statement Purpose.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation of All Banks.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Operate SAP software.
- Strong computer skill specially MS Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, Outlook and accounting software.
- Good analytical, problem solving, communication and coordination skill.
- Timely execution of bank transaction accurately.
- Process of RTGS, BFTN, BG, Pay Order and other transaction.
- Maintain SAP posting & daily transaction day to day basis.
- Ensure effective bank communication & build relationship.
- Post month closing reconciliation transaction on time.
- Banking relationship management & document submission.
- Timely funded & non-funded loan settlement proper in SAP system.
- LC related all kind of payment & posting work.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or Related Field
