Responsible for managing regional Chicks & Feed sales operations, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage and leading Territory In-Charges (TICs) to drive business growth and ensure effective market execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned regional sales targets for Day-Old Chicks (DOC) and feed through effective sales planning, territory management and performance monitoring.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market coverage, and strengthening dealer, distributor and customer networks.
• Lead, supervise and guide Territory In-Charges (TICs) to achieve territory-wise sales targets and ensure effective execution of regional sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and review regular sales plans and forecasts based on market demand, sales trends, and territory-level inputs.
• Coordinate with hatcheries, feed mills, supply chain and relevant departments to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor regional and territory-wise sales performance, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports covering target achievement, sales forecasts, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, performance feedback, and knowledge sharing to improve sales effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, field operations, resource utilization, and overall regional performance.
• Promote team engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and succession planning to strengthen team effectiveness and ensure business continuity.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Prior working experience in DOC, Feed and animal health product sales operation will be preferred.

   • Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point
   • Sales experience in dealing with dealers, agents, etc.
   • Have good communication, selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills
