We are seeking an experienced Head of Distribution to lead the team for distribution of PVC pipes, fittings, doors etc. to the dealers through 6 depots across Bangladesh. The incumbent of this role will have to manage inventory, fleet in all the depots and execute depot fulfillment plan and delivery plan by a data driven platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute distribution & logistics strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing      on cost efficiency and service excellence.
2. Monitor and optimize inventory levels though appropriate inventory fulfilment planning across all  
3. depots to minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and obsolescence.
4. Strategy in liquidation of slow-moving products of all depots in Bangladesh & reduce inventory  holding costs.
5. Lead all Depot In-Charge in Bangladesh and guide in route planning, fleet optimization, improving     route productivity, reducing delivery lead time etc.
6. Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, demand forecasting, and Demand Driven Replenishment Planning (DDRP).
7. Control Operational Expenditure (OpEx) & Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and develop strategy in cost     reduction.
8. Control distribution and logistics costs through data analytics and performance improvement     through data driven decision-making.
9. Communicate with Director MPRIL, Factory Head, DGM/AGM/SM/DSM, and Head of SCM, HR, Finance for distribution operational excellence.
10. Define and monitor KPIs for logistics performance, and team productivity by using data-driven    insights.
11. Manage third-party logistics (3PL), transport providers and on board Monthly Hired Truck.
12. Develop and implement innovative solution and best practices to enhance operational excellence.
13. Lead distribution team, training, and performance evaluation, fostering a high-performance and    compliance-driven culture.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
