Rumdo Institute of Modern Technology is seeking a dedicated Assistant Librarian/Librarian to support the library’s operations, ensuring that students and faculty have access to quality learning resources. The position requires maintaining and organizing library collections, assisting users and supporting the college’s academic mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing and organizing library resources, including books, journals, digital media and online databases.
2. Assisting students and faculty in locating and using library materials effectively.
3. Maintaining accurate records of library transactions, inventory and circulation.
4. Supporting library digitization efforts and electronic resource management.
5. Coordinating with faculty and staff to update the library collection based on academic requirements.
6. Ensuring a clean, organized and user-friendly library environment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Prior experience in a library or educational institution is preferred.
