We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AGM – Quality Assurance to lead the quality team in ensuring the highest standards across all stages of woven garment production. The role requires strong expertise in quality systems, buyer compliance, and production processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire quality assurance process from fabric inspection to finished garment.
2. Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications, international standards, and company requirements.
3. Implement and maintain effective quality control systems, SOPs, and AQL standards across production units.
4. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to minimize defects and rework.
5. Lead, train, and manage quality control and assurance teams (inline, end-line, and final inspectors).
6. Build a culture of accountability and continuous quality improvement across all departments.
7. Liaise with buyers and third-party auditors to ensure compliance with their quality standards and audit requirements.
8. Handle customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective actions.
9. Monitor inline, pre-final, and final inspections, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
10. Review inspection reports and drive root cause analysis for quality failures.
11. Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects and improve production quality.
12. Promote lean manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives.
13. Anticipate potential quality issues and take proactive steps to mitigate risks during production.
14. Monitor fabric and trim quality, pattern accuracy, and construction consistency.
15. Ensure readiness for all buyer audits and support the team in achieving high audit ratings.
16. Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and social compliance standards where applicable.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
