Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
  • Coordinate office, factory, guest, and facility management activities.
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation, and maintenance services.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth administrative support.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate with government, local authorities, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Prepare administrative reports and support management in decision-making.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
