To ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across Jamuna Group facilities. The role is responsible for maintaining optimal performance of HVAC equipment, conducting routine servicing, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted cooling operations in compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Installation, servicing, and maintenance of Split, Window, and Central AC systems
2. Diagnosing AC faults and performing necessary repairs
3. Gas charging, leak testing, and basic electrical troubleshooting
4. Conducting regular AC cleaning and preventive maintenance
5. Providing appropriate solutions based on customer complaints
6. Preparing and submitting service reports after completing assigned work
7. Ensuring quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction

Academic Qualifications:

• SSC
• Concentration/Major: SSC/HSC or Equivalent

5. Additional Requirements:
   • Trained or experienced in AC servicing and maintenance

   • Candidate must have experience and mindset to install outdoor ACs, hanging from the 10th/15th floor.
