Job Description:

Working in the HR department of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow the disciplinary procedure outlined in the 2006 BD Labor Law.

• Create distinct office orders based on management requirements.

• As a link between management and employees, attends conferences and meetings to encourage communication.

• Managing and settling disputes that arise at work between coworkers or between coworkers and managementment.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Professional Certifications:
  • Fire safety course
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 25 - 30 years
