Job Description:

Administer the overall management of HR functions including employee attendance digitally, hiring, transfer, termination and separation of all employees

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective administration of personnel records and files in line with current HR policy and best practices.
  2. Ensure legal compliance of staff through monitoring and implementation of HR Policy in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law as well as company policies, regulations and guidelines.
  3. Ensure office maintenance, transportation, check bills, food, water, fire, electrical & electronics & safety issues.
  4. Administer performance management systems for all project staff including facilitation of yearly performance appraisal, provision of feedback and initiation of corrective actions.
  5. Develop/revise SOP, Service Book, employee job description, formats, guidelines and process the yearly staff appraisal.
  6. Prepare all kinds of relevant policies which will be made under the guidance/directions of higher management.
  7. Prepare general official notice and circulate in consultation with appropriate authority.
  8. Process monthly salary sheet considering all additions and deductions.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
